What is the AI Agent and how does it work?

How big can my imports be?

Jobs are streamed rather than loaded into memory, so hundreds of thousands of rows run reliably. Imports respect Shopify's API rate limits automatically and pause/resume gracefully.

Can I import metafields and metaobjects?

Yes — including references, rich text, and JSON. Field mapping is visual and saved as a reusable template.

What sources and integrations are supported?

CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, Google Sheets, FTP/SFTP, Amazon S3, public URL, direct upload, transactional email, Shopify Flow events, and any HTTP-based ERP/CRM. The AI Agent can wire up new ones on request.

Do I need to know how to code?
