Does it slow down checkout?

No. BoomGate runs as a Shopify Function on Shopify's own infrastructure — the validation runs server-side as part of the checkout request, not as a script in the browser. Customers don't see any flicker or delay.

Will it work with my theme and Checkout Extensibility?

Yes. BoomGate is native to Checkout Extensibility and doesn't touch your theme files. If you're migrating from checkout.liquid validations, BoomGate is built to replace them.

What kinds of conditions can I build rules from?

Over 70 — including cart total, cart quantity, line item properties, product tags, product metafields, customer tags, customer order history, shipping and billing addresses, country, postal code, date and time, cart attributes, and more. Combine with AND/OR logic.

What's the AI Rule Builder?
